1. Which payment is involved
This policy distinguishes a customer's purchase from a merchant and a merchant's payment to Zynost for a subscription or usage fee. Check the invoice payee before contacting support. A dashboard figure labelled revenue tracked usually describes merchant payment volume rather than Zynost's service revenue.
2. Customer purchases
Ask the merchant about delivery, cancellation, incorrect goods or a purchase refund. The merchant controls the payment-receiving wallet and is responsible for its customer policy and applicable consumer law. Zynost can investigate service records but cannot sign a refund from that merchant's wallet.
An approved refund requires a separate transfer. Confirm the refund network and receiving address directly with the merchant. Never pay an unexpected unlocking fee or disclose a seed phrase to someone claiming to arrange a refund.
3. Zynost subscription and usage fees
Pro fees generally cover the service period shown on the invoice. Usage fees cover eligible processed volume. Activated service fees are generally non-refundable except for verified billing errors, service issues where a refund is due, or rights provided by applicable law. Transaction irreversibility does not prevent Zynost from issuing a new refund transfer where appropriate.
For duplicate charges or a payment that was not applied correctly please contact support within 14 days where possible. This reporting preference does not shorten mandatory legal rights. We review the invoice, actual transfers and service status before deciding the remedy.
4. Incorrect and late payments
A late, partial, duplicate or excessive transfer does not automatically create an additional subscription or order entitlement. Wrong-chain or unsupported-token transfers may be unrecoverable. We will explain what our records show but cannot promise recovery of funds outside our control.
Where a refund is approved we confirm the amount, asset, network and any applicable network cost before arranging a transfer. We do not silently substitute a different asset or request your private key.
5. How to request a review
Email support@zynost.com with your account email, invoice or order identifier, transaction hash, network and a brief description. Do not attach private keys or unnecessary identity documents. We may request additional information to establish who paid and prevent fraudulent refund redirection.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Investigation time depends on the issue and external network records. This target is not a guaranteed settlement time.
6. Renewal and legal rights
Crypto-funded plans require a new payment to renew. Letting a plan expire does not reverse transactions or cancel usage fees already incurred. Changes to this policy do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights relating to an earlier payment.
