1. Software with real transaction risks

Zynost Pay supplies checkout and payment-detection software. It is not a bank account, deposit product or guarantee of payment recovery. Using the service does not provide deposit insurance. Product availability is not evidence of authorisation in your jurisdiction.

Non-custodial describes control of merchant payment keys. It does not mean the entire system has no security, operational or legal risk. A compromised website, integration or account can mislead a payer or change payment instructions. Independently check the destination and amount in your wallet.

2. Tokens and networks

USDT and USDC depend on their issuers and the specific token contracts used. Stablecoins can lose their peg. Issuers may freeze addresses or change redemption conditions. A supported token label is not a guarantee of reserves, redemption, value or legality.

Network fees and confirmation times vary. Congestion, chain forks, reorganisations, outages and third-party RPC errors can delay detection. Funds sent to an unsupported contract, network or address can be permanently lost. Start with a small test payment when setting up an integration.

3. Smart contracts and approvals

Gasless flows rely on smart accounts, signatures, bundlers and a paymaster. Contracts and integration code can contain vulnerabilities. Administrative controls may pause sponsorship or change its signer and spending caps. Gas sponsorship availability does not guarantee that a transaction will succeed.

Review token allowances and transaction details before signing. Never share a wallet seed or private key with support. No statement on these pages should be read as an independent security-audit certification.

4. Purchase disputes and refunds

The merchant supplies the goods or services purchased through checkout. Contact that merchant about delivery, cancellation or a purchase refund. Zynost Pay cannot unilaterally return funds from a merchant-controlled wallet.

A refund normally requires a new transfer. Blockchain irreversibility does not remove a merchant's or Zynost's obligations under applicable law. Our refund policy distinguishes merchant purchases from fees paid directly to Zynost.

Supported assets, pricing examples and educational explanations are not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. They do not promise returns or recommend buying a token. Seek qualified advice about your own circumstances and any local restrictions before using digital-asset payment infrastructure.
